You agree to buy used auto parts from us under these rules. Check compatibility before purchase, inspect items on arrival, and contact us quickly if there’s an issue. Most parts carry a limited exchange warranty, not a cash refund. We’re not responsible for labour/installation costs.

1) Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Site, placing an order, or communicating with us via WhatsApp/phone/social platforms, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase from us.

2) About Us & Business Customers vs Consumers

We sell used (pre‑owned) and reconditioned automotive parts, primarily for passenger vehicles. We sell to both consumers and workshop/trade buyers. Some protections differ by buyer type as permitted by Malaysian law. If you buy on behalf of a company/workshop, you confirm you have authority to bind that entity.

3) Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to purchase.

4) Accounts & Communications

Creating an account is optional. You agree that we may contact you about your orders via WhatsApp, SMS, email, or phone. Keep your contact details current. You are responsible for any activity under your account.

5) Product Information & Condition (Used Parts)

5.1 Used condition. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all parts are used and may show cosmetic wear. Photos are representative of the actual item or of the same model/spec.
5.2 Compatibility. Fitment depends on model code, year, engine/gearbox code, chassis, and options. You are responsible for confirming compatibility with your vehicle before purchase. We can assist based on the info you provide but final responsibility remains with you.
5.3 Included accessories. Only items shown or listed are included (e.g., engine long block may exclude alternator, starter, sensors, ECU, wiring). However, if engine kosong written in our product which mean only engine head + block will be given. Other accessory parcels will not be given such as alternator, starter, coil, injector etc.
5.4 ECU/immobiliser & coding. Electronic modules may require programming/matching to your car; this service is not included unless stated.
5.5 Testing. Where possible we compression‑test engines/diagnose components. Test results are best‑effort and not a guarantee of lifespan.

6) Pricing, Payment & Taxes

6.1 Prices are in MYR and may change without notice.
 6.2 We accept the payment methods shown at checkout or invoiced by us (e.g., FPX/online banking, card, e‑wallet, cash on collection where offered).
 6.3 You are responsible for applicable taxes, duties, and fees.
 6.4 Obvious pricing errors may be corrected; we may cancel/refund orders affected by such errors.

7) Orders & Our Acceptance

Submitting an order (cart checkout or manual invoice) is an offer to buy. We accept only when we confirm dispatch or you collect the item and payment is confirmed. We may decline/cancel an order (with refund) if the item is out of stock, fails final inspection, or for suspected fraud.

8) Shipping, Delivery & Collection

8.1 Methods. We ship via courier, lorry freight, or arrange collection from our yard.
8.2 Timeframes. Estimated delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. East Malaysia/Singapore shipments may take longer.
8.3 Freight conditions. Heavy items (e.g., engines, gearboxes) ship on pallets. Buyer must ensure unloading capability at destination. Re‑delivery/storage/redelivery fees caused by failed delivery attempts are the buyer’s responsibility.
8.4 Risk of loss. Title and risk transfer to you upon delivery to your address/carrier pickup. You must inspect on arrival.

9) Inspection on Arrival & Claims Window

Inspect packages immediately. If damaged, photo/video the packaging and item and notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Keep all packing materials. Failure to notify within the window may reduce or void courier insurance and our ability to assist.

10) Warranty & Returns (Used Parts)

10.1 Standard warranty. Unless stated otherwise on the product page or invoice, used parts include a 30‑day limited exchange warranty from delivery/collection date: we will provide a like‑for‑like replacement if available, or store credit; cash refunds are not offered except where required by law.
10.2 Exclusions. Warranty does not cover: wear‑and‑tear consumables; gaskets/seals/fluids; labour, towing, diagnostics, or programming costs; damage from improper installation, overheating, oil starvation, detonation, tuning/modifications, accident, misuse, racing, or continued operation after a fault is detected.
10.3 Installation requirements. Engines/gearboxes must be installed by a qualified mechanic. For engines, new oil, coolant, filters, timing components and seals where accessible must be replaced at installation. Keep receipts/photos; we may request them for a claim.
10.4 Procedure. Contact us within the warranty period with photos/video, vehicle details, and a mechanic’s report. Do not disassemble the part without our consent; doing so may void warranty.
10.5 Return shipping. Unless required by law, buyer pays return shipping to us; we cover shipping of the exchange item back to you.

11) Core Deposit & Trade‑In (If Applicable)

Some items require a core deposit or allow trade‑in. Deposits are refundable when your old part is returned within the stated time, in rebuildable condition (no cracked block/casing, no missing major components). Deductions may apply for damage or missing items.

12) Fitment & Installation Disclaimer

We do not provide installation services unless explicitly offered. All labour, fluids, programming, and related costs are your responsibility. We are not liable for damages resulting from installation or use of the part.

13) Title, Ownership & Anti‑Fraud

Items remain our property until full payment clears. We may report suspected fraud or stolen property to authorities and cooperate with lawful requests.

14) Promotions, Coupons & Gift Cards

Promotions may have additional terms, limited quantities, and expiry dates. One promotion per order unless stated. Coupons have no cash value. Gift cards/store credit are non‑transferable and non‑refundable unless required by law.

15) User Content & Reviews

If you submit photos, messages, or reviews, you grant us a worldwide, royalty‑free licence to use them on our Site, listings, and social media. You warrant your content is truthful, lawful, and does not infringe others’ rights. We may moderate or remove content.

16) Prohibited Uses

Do not: violate laws; attempt to hack or scrape our Site; misrepresent identity; resell items as new; or use our parts for unsafe applications.

17) Intellectual Property

All logos, photos, text, and product listings are our intellectual property or used with permission. You may not copy or republish without consent. Vehicle manufacturer names/codes are used for compatibility reference only and are trademarks of their respective owners.

18) Third‑Party Platforms

We may list on Shopee, Lazada, Facebook, Instagram, or other platforms. If you buy there, their platform terms also apply. In conflicts, these Terms and your invoice with us govern your contract with us.

19) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for labour/installation/towing/programming costs. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that item.

20) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the products, or violation of law.

21) Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., floods, pandemics, port closures, strikes, customs delays).

22) Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. Please read it before placing an order.

23) Dispute Resolution

We aim to resolve issues quickly. Please contact us first. If unresolved, disputes will be handled by the courts of Malaysia, and—where appropriate—Selangor courts. Nothing in these Terms limits any non‑waivable consumer rights you may have under Malaysian law. Consumers may have access to the Tribunal for Consumer Claims Malaysia (TTPM) where eligible.

24) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.

25) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a new version on the Site. The "Last updated" date will change. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
