Because we sell used automotive parts, our standard approach is exchange or store credit, not cash refunds, except where required by law. This policy works together with our Terms of Service and any warranty on the product page or invoice.


1) Summary (Quick version)

  • 30‑day exchange from delivery/collection for defective items; if no replacement available, we issue store credit.

  • No cash refunds unless required by law or we cancel before dispatch.

  • Electronics (ECU/sensors/actuators): exchange‑only, must be returned in the same condition with seals/labels intact.

  • Buyer pays return shipping to us; we cover shipping of the exchange back to you (within Malaysia).

  • Inspection on arrival: report courier damage/shortage within 48 hours with photos/video.

2) Eligibility for Exchange/Return

Your item may be eligible if all conditions are met:

  1. You contact us within 30 days of delivery/collection (proof required).

  2. The item is in the same condition received, not tampered/disassembled (unless our written consent), and includes all accessories/brackets as supplied.

  3. You provide clear photos/video, vehicle details (model/year, engine/gearbox code), and a mechanic’s report describing the fault.

  4. Installation was done by a qualified mechanic, with new fluids/filters/gaskets as required (for engines/gearboxes).

3) Non‑Returnable Items

  • Consumables and wear parts (filters, fluids, belts, plugs, pads, bulbs, bearings) unless sold unopened and unused.

  • Cut‑to‑order items (wiring looms cut to length, custom brackets).

  • Glass, airbags, pyrotechnic devices for safety reasons.

  • Electronic modules/sensors with broken seals, burned boards, water ingress, or evidence of incorrect polarity/coding.

  • Items damaged due to overheating, oil starvation, accident, tuning/modifications, racing, or misuse.

4) Incorrect, Damaged, or Missing Items on Arrival (48‑hour window)

  • Keep packaging and take photos/video of the box, label, and item.

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery for courier insurance to apply.

  • If we sent the wrong item or quantity, we will arrange correction at our cost.

5) Fitment/Compatibility Issues

  • We can assist with compatibility, but final responsibility is yours. If you ordered the wrong item, we may—case‑by‑case—offer exchange or store credit subject to inspection and a restocking fee (up to 15%) to cover handling and freight. Shipping costs are non‑refundable. Electronics are usually not eligible unless unopened and unprogrammed.

6) Warranty vs Refund

  • If the item fails within the warranty period, the remedy is repair or exchange; if unavailable, store credit. Cash refunds are not provided unless mandated by law or explicitly stated in writing.

7) Return & Exchange Process

  2. Pack Securely: Use the original packaging or equivalent; drain all fluids from engines/gearboxes; protect ports with caps.

  3. Ship to Us: Use a trackable service. Buyer pays return freight; we are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

  4. Evaluation: Our technicians inspect within 3–7 working days of receipt.

  5. Outcome: If approved, we ship a like‑for‑like exchange at our cost (within MY) or issue store credit. We will notify you of tracking/credit details.

8) Core Deposit & Trade‑In

Where a core deposit is charged, it is refunded when your old unit is received within 14 days (unless stated otherwise) and is in rebuildable condition (no cracked block/casing; major components present). Deductions may apply for severe damage or missing items. Outbound shipping of your core is your responsibility.

9) Special Terms for Engines & Gearboxes

  • Installation Requirements:

    • Replace engine oil & filter, coolant, spark plugs (if applicable), timing components/drive belts where accessible, and major seals/gaskets.

    • Flush radiator and oil cooler; clean or replace the oil pickup; use correct fluids to spec.

    • Retain dated receipts/photos; we may request them to validate claims.

  • Exclusions: No coverage for overheating, oil starvation, blown gaskets due to improper install, or failure of external accessories not supplied (alternator, starter, wiring, sensors, ECU).

10) Change‑of‑Mind Cancellations

  • Before dispatch/collection: we can cancel and refund in full.

  • After dispatch: order is considered fulfilled; normal return rules apply and shipping is non‑refundable.

11) How we Refund

  • Where a refund is required by law or approved by us (e.g., cancellation before dispatch), we refund via the original payment method when possible; otherwise bank transfer. Processing times depend on your bank/payment provider.

12) Marketplace Purchases (Shopee/Lazada etc.)

If you purchased via a marketplace, their return windows and processes may apply. Please initiate the request in that platform; we will follow the platform rules plus our product warranty terms.

13) Legal & Consumer Rights (Malaysia)

Nothing in this policy limits any non‑waivable consumer rights under Malaysian law. Eligible consumers may file at the Tribunal for Consumer Claims Malaysia (TTPM). Business/trade purchases may have different remedies.
